I found McKayla an adorable 2 piece bathing suit the other day and I just had to get it.  :)  David said "his little girl will NEVER wear a 2 piece" , this is for you daddy!!! I thought this picture was perfect!!!!!

David I thought you would appreciate this one. :)  I asked our bouncing baby boy for a chip and this is the face I got in return.   He is quite the big boy now he LOVES to carry around his own bag of chips.

While Trooper was in Texas taking his swim lessons I worked really hard to make our front yard beautiful.  I think it turned out great!

We went to the Mall with Victoria last Sunday.  Trooper wanted to play on the 4 wheeler and Victoria wanted to do the hurricane machine. Trooper went around for days saying vroom vroom.  It is so wonderful to watch him grow and see the new things he wants to do.  :)

Lazy Saturdays!

Life is wonderful!  The kids and I (Tabi cat) included went to the pool.  It was a little busy but we had fun anyway.  I am so thrilled that I am able to wake up and head to the pool or play outside any time I wish!  David thank you for working so hard so that I can stay at home and play with our children.  It is the best job ever.  

Fun in our backyard!

We had our friends over last night for dinner.  We decided instead of going to the pool we would play in our backyard.  Trooper and Landon played so hard outside with the water toys and bubble machine.  It was a joy to watch them as they played.  We are very blessed to have such good friends in our life.

What a funny bath time.  I wish you were here David to have seen Brooks give Trooper a bath! I laughed so hard I could hardly contain myself!  I left the room for a moment to grab some wash cloths and this is what I returned to.  

Brooks was telling Trooper that he was going to wash his hair and Trooper was having no part of it.

Fun with "the boys"!!!!!

Trooper came home from Texas on Friday and McKayla and I were very happy to have our guy home.  Friday was also the day our new fence was completed.  I was SOOOO thankful!!!!  I worked really hard and was able to get Trooper a play area for his new backyard.  Thanks to Jill it was able to happen!!!  We had the Philips' boys over on Saturday to play while their parents went to a wedding.  It was a great day, thanks to Tabi cat I was able to have an extra pair of hands!!!!  The boys played all evening....(it was the first evening it had not rained in some time).

Pool day fun!

We have been spending our days at the pool with our friends and I must say we are loving every minute of it!!!  What a great way to spend a summer day.  :)  It was nice to have Super Trooper home for our swim day on Monday.  We all had a great day.  Daddy you would have been so proud of your little man he took to the water like a fish.  Those lessons really worked!!  It was incredible to watch him kick his legs and move his little arms.  He would also place his face in the water and try to blow bubbles.  I was amazed and VERY proud of our Trooper.  :)  We wish you were here to play in the pool with us.

Aren't they beautiful?!?  We have been spending a ton of time with our good friends the Freeman's!  Kelly is wonderful and I am thankful for our friendship!!!

 Usually it is Ella Kate in tears.  :)   What sweet girls we are blessed to have!!!!

Swim week!!

What a fun week we have had with our friends!  I love hanging out at the pool soaking up the sun!!!  I can't wait until next week when Trooper can join us and we can start again! 

I almost forgot!

I have the best hubby ever!  David you are amazing and I love you so much!  As the years go by I find myself loving you so much more!!!   

Anyhow, back to my original thought.... David sent me flowers to his dad's house in Texas for Mothers day.  I was so proud and I felt so special.  They were beautiful and so very thoughtful!    Thank you for being you David!  I love your crazy personality and all the trouble you create for us... there is certainly never a dull moment!!  :)  I am proud of the man you have become for our two beautiful children!  You are the best!!!!!

I am so thankful for such an amazing marriage!  I love my life and I wouldn't trade places with anyone!!!!

Missing Trooper!

Trooper has been away for nearly 2 weeks now and I am really missing my guy.  My house is way to quiet without him in it.  It doesn't feel right at all.  

I am looking forward to all the fun things we are going to do this summer.  I can't wait to see how he does in our pool now that he has had lessons.  I am excited for him to start his tumbling class and make a ton of new friends.  I just can't wait to get him home to play!  His play room is awesome and his backyard should be finished by Friday!  I am sooo looking forward to Friday when he gets off the plane.  I just want to give him hugs and kisses to make up for the last two weeks.  I am the luckiest mommy in the world because I have the VERY best babies!!!
